Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SANDOLL! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please read our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return and Exchange Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after you receive your order. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
-It must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed.
-All original labels must be attached.
-The hygienic liner must still be in place (if applicable).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Any items bought with a discount code over 15% off, is not eligible. Items that are final sale are not refundable.
4. Return Shipping Fees
Please note that we do not cover the shipping fees for returns and exchanges. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at info@sandoll.ca to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely with all original labels and hygienic liners.
Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days after getting your order back.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange promptly.
